Features

      1.Disc is rotated in a same horizontal plane in anticlockwise direction, and could make inlaid operation in a same place due to non-movement, therefore with excellent performance. The rotary of disc is driven by oil pressure unit, thus with smooth lubrication leading to no worry about movement of inlaid substance.
      2.The disc plane is fixed by fixing lock, which could ensure high precision of disc position. Oil pressure nozzle unit, mould design and nozzle connection could be adjusted easily.
      3.It is with high safety operation because output of formed product and inlaid of substance is not processed in forming station, and easy to be added with automatic unit. By adopting DC electromagnetic valve and non-impact oil pressure circuit, the machine noise is low even under continuous rotation condition.
