I. Usage
Model ZYB air pump is
indispensable auxiliary machine in modern printing machinery. Meantime, it can
provide vacuum pressure air source; it is widely used in printing iron,
cigarette, lamps and lanterns and foodstuff etc.
Model ZYB air pump has small volume, low temperature and low
noise etc.
II. Usage and
Maintenance
1. Before use, check if there are damaged and loose parts during transport. Fan
drive must be flexible.
2. Air pump must be put in cool room. When using, it must be put stably, not
slant.
3. Before new pump is started, it must be injected filtered lubricant oil. Oil
level is between the upper and lower scale of the oil meter.
4. Use No.19 homemade compressor oil for lubricant oil. After using for 300
hours, the new pump must discharge filthy oil and clean oil tank and fill new
oil. Then change oil once a year.
5. For connection, the spinning direction of the air pump must be accordant with
that shown on label.
6. For pipe connection, make sure that all joints of pipeline are airtight.
7. Vacuum degree or pressure can be regulated by rotating adjusting valves.
Before, leaving factory, the two adjusting valves have been restricted to rating
load. After long time use and maintenance, the air pump can’t reach rating load,
take down the knob, loosen the fixed screw on the copper cover, rotate the
medium adjusting bolt clockwise, then the vacuum degree or pressure increases;
otherwise, he vacuum degree or pressure decreases.
8. After using for two months, wash and check air filter to keep it clean and
avoid filter screen block that causes poor performance. In case, damage is
found, replace it immediately.
9. Oil and air separation web must be cleaned once a year. Take out the screen
web, wash and dry it.
10. Cooling pipe must be cleaned once half a year.
11. The elastic ring of coupling must be examined half a year. In case, damage
is found, replace it immediately.
12. Air pump must be cleaned once a year.
